Sanssouci At Msasa

Earlier this year, we were approached to revamp a residential space in Kitisuru. The home had solid wood floors which
needed to be urgently changed due to irreparable damage from rot and a poor installation. After deliberation with the
client, we decided to go with Oak Sanssouci from Kährs for the entire ground floor space!
Starting with uprooting the previous floor, our installation team marked out the floor levels to make sure the required
screeding is done to level across the entire space which is very crucial to the overall outcome of the new floor. Once
cured and ready, our trained & experienced flooring installation team diligently installed the new Oak Sanssouci flooring,
making modifications to the existing millwork as necessary to make sure of a seamless installation.
The new flooring from Kährs together with the eclectic soft furnishings of this home, we're honestly stunned
by the brand new look of this space!
